- Sep 2020, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gave its approval to Baxter International's new Clinimix Injections and Clinimix E Injections formulations. It is easier to reach patient protein targets with the new Clinimix formulations because they contain up to 80 g/L of amino acids, the highest amount of protein in any multi-chamber bag currently available in the United States also contain less fluid and dextrose than previous formulations.
